- User Content: When you upload a chat screenshot, the image is temporarily processed by our AI model (via OpenAI API) to generate a response.
- Subscription Data: If you purchase a subscription, we collect necessary payment and transaction information through Apple App Store. We do not directly access or store your credit card details.
- App Usage Data: We may collect anonymized usage data (e.g., crash logs, session duration) to improve user experience.
2. How We Use Information
- To generate AI-based chat suggestions.
- To maintain and improve the App’s functionality and performance.
- To provide customer support and respond to user inquiries.
- To manage subscriptions and payments.
3. Data Storage and Retention
- Uploaded screenshots are not stored on our servers and are deleted immediately after AI processing.
- We do not retain, share, or use your chat screenshots for any other purpose.
- Basic analytics or crash data may be stored in anonymized form for performance improvement.
